What is your return policy?
If for any reason your rug doesn't work out, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will help you arrange to have it shipped back. Upon receiving it, we will refund 100% of your purchase price. All we ask is that you pay for the return shipping.

How much is shipping?
Within the continental US, shipping is free. Outside this area, please contact us for a quote. Be sure to let us know what rug(s) you're interested in.

What about the cost of return shipping?
It's primarily a function of the weight of the rug, but an average size rug (6x9) would be about $25-$30.

I'm worried about colors - how can I get a better description?
Simply e-mail or call us and we can pull the rug you're interested in and provide more details. It helps to leave a phone number so we can talk in person.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do, but we have to charge extra for the shipping. The customer is also responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Do I really need a rug pad?
Please see our section about Rug Pads in the Education section. They provide several useful functions when rugs are placed on hardwood floors and are highly recommened.

How about if I place my rug over carpeting?
There are special pads that prevent the rug from slipping around when placed over carpeting. You can select this pad when you add your rug to your cart.

I couldn't find exactly what I need. Do you have any other rugs that are not on the site?
Yes, we have access to many more rugs and we are always adding new ones to the site. If you have a special request, just let us know and we'll see if we can't find it for you.

How long will it take to get my rug?
We normally ship within a few days of receiving your order and shipping will take up to 5 business days. Natural fiber rugs, braided rug and roll runners take longer as they are usually made to order (add another week or so). Occasionally a rug is temporarily out of stock, but we will let you know and offer you the option of canceling your order.
