Shipping

Due to popular demand, we are continuing our FREE SHIPPING policy. This applies to all rugs and accessories shipped within the continental US. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must go by air and the shipping charges for that service will be calculated during the checkout process. We can also ship to countries other than the US, but please contact us first to discuss shipping tariffs and duties.

Most items are shipped within a day or two of receiving your order. The exceptions to this rule are braided rugs and natural fiber rugs, which usually take an extra two weeks (as they are often custom made per order). Also, any custom pieces such as stair runners and custom rugs will take longer (call us for estimates).

We utilize UPS and Fed-Ex Ground service for shipping in the continental United States. For those times when you need a rug in a hurry, we can ship second-day air at an additional charge. Please note that this shipping fee will not be refunded if the rug is returned.

On rare occasions, some of our new rugs may be temporarily out of stock and the delivery time may be longer than normal. If this happens with a rug you order, we will notify you immediately, provide an estimated time for delivery, and offer you the option to change/cancel your order.

UPS and Fed-Ex normally do not require a signature when delivering rugs, but for larger, more expensive pieces, we prefer that a signature is obtained. We will contact you in that case to determine how best to schedule delivery at a time that is convenient for you.
